Keventer Realty wanted an on-site Experience Zone for Crosswinds, luxury real estate project in Alipore, Kolkata.

The project had many unique features, both in the architecture of the project, and in the form of partnership benefits available to residents. An effective solution would allow the client to lead the interaction during the meeting based on what piqued their interest.

A room in their model flat was setup as the experience zone. We designed and installed a setup spread across two walls that integrated a projection display surface and a large screen TV. The structure was designed to mimic the characteristic slats on the exterior of the building.

Custom content was developed highlighting each special feature of the project, integrating 3d architectural renders, video footage, technical information and floor plan breakups. All of this was linked up via a physical remote, so the viewer could jump to any part of the presentation they wanted.
